Ask them to describe you as a person. That's what therapists do with them. Normally an npd will not have a detailed objective description of a person they will instead have a caricature of a person.

Confused…. Relationship 3 yrs, found out he’s married and involved in sexting other females. I called him out, he told me to find someone else. Now asking me if I’m still mad with him. WTF!!

They need to work but the victim has to leave.....they need help to work ....not constantly being told there is no hope....

Most of us women are not that blessed to have a man that is willing to work on themselves to make the marriage better. The very marriage that they took vows to, and then broke them all. You can feel when a Narcissist is outright lying or lying by omission every time you feel confused or unsettled by their words. Trust your intuition and listen to your gut always! That's what I learned from the God awful 2 year relationshit with one of these messed up people.

Because she was of course only focused on herself…and i was in a trauma bond…it felt like being hypnotized: i could see all the strange and “off” things about her, but i felt almost obsessed by her nonetheless. What a nightmare!

I was with my, Covert lady friend for two years. I am an, Empath, and I knew something was wrong from the start. So many red flags. I thought I could heal her, and kept returning again and again in hopes of doing so……..That is until I found out what she was, and then realized that there was NO WAY, and that she was continually cheating looking for NEW, Supply. I walked…..no I ran. So I don’t believe a, Narc can change. Only those with them change, getting caught up in the Narcissistic cloud or “trauma bond” change, and learn to accept it because we think that it is normal. It is NOT. RUN!!

I HATE sex with my narcissistic husband. He wants it all the time too.🤦🏼‍♀️ It is all about him all the time and I don't enjoy any part of it and get no pleasure from it at all anymore. It has gotten so bad over time because of the disconnect that I would withhold sex more and more. I have tried to explain to him the way I feel and that is one main reason why I never seem to what it is because of his lack of empathy for my feelings and mental abuse daily that over time his actions have turned that part of me off and don't even want intimacy with him. He makes me feel like an object for his pleasure and even in the situations when it is supposed to be about my pleasure he makes it about him.🫤 If I ask him to LITERALLY do something a certain way that I enjoy, after a few seconds he's back to doing it his way and when he can tell I'm not enjoying myself he gets mad. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ But yet he keeps asking why I always say no anymore or try and rush through it. No for play. I just want to scream 🤯🤬 So a lot of the time I disassociate and do the things I know he likes so we don't have a huge argument and I have to here again... but you wonder why I have cheated in the past but yet you don't want to give me sex so why is that fair for me. What am I supposed to do. Just go without? It's a never ending cycle.

My two years with my covert narcissist was some of the most screwed up times in my life. On and off the first year. When we reconnect I didn’t trust her so said only way we could hang is if it was casual and an open relationship. She said she wasn’t seeing anyone else but if she started was supposed to be straight up about it. Over the second year we moved in together. She eventually told me she didn’t want an open relationship and wanted to get really serious. We made some big plans. Within a month I overheard her talking to someone else and guilting him for cheating on her. It blew my mind as we were making plans to meet my parents in a few weeks. She was talking to him about the same exact thing. When I confronted her I told her to just tell me the truth or move out. She said “fine, I’ll move out”. A few days later she told me she wanted to come work it out but I wasn’t in town. Then proceeded to say she changed her mind and she needs to be single to figure out herself and why she did this to us. a few weeks later she spent the day with me trying to work on things as friends. She left that early evening to go feed her horse and was supposed to come back after. In ten minutes I got a text saying her horse (that I bought her a year ago) was in full blown colic and dying and she couldn’t make it back. So I rushed over to help her with him. To my disbelief when I got there in 4 minutes she was still texting me details of what she was doing with her horse to save him while waiting on the vet. While I stood there right in front of her horse who was fine and she was nowhere to be seen. She eventually said she was not going to be able to text because of the severity of her horse. So after a couple hours I was a bit concerned if she even got home safe as we had partaked in some mind expansion substance earlier and she was probably not 100% sober when she left (that’s why she agreed to only go the backroad a couple miles away to where her horse was. I decided now that it had been a few more hours and I was good to drive to at least go see if she was safe. Got to her place and her truck was there as well as the other guys truck who she just earlier had said yet again she wasn’t seeing him. I had given her an out earlier to be honest if she was. So I made the decision to make sure I couldn’t be sucked back in as a friend or anything else after she was capable of lying about the horse I got her well being. I walked over and knocked on the front door. Her eyes were full of shock and her mind full of rage that I was there. I don’t even get a chance to tell her I went to help her save her horse. She went straight to I had to leave or she’s calling the cops. Keep in mind I was calm and collected. I didn’t cause a scene or raise my voice. She just knew she was busted in a lie and I don’t have a single “friend” who would ever lie about something so huge when they could have been real and just said they couldn’t come back later cuz of whatever real reason. There was no reason for her to push so hard about wanting to come back over so badly after feeding her horse if she never planned to and I’m 1000% positive she never planned to. Talk about a screwed up person to do something so huge for no reason. I’m now in no contact and finding out all kinds of beyond crazy stuff now. It’s so much it would be an over four hour long video if I ever made one about it all. I sorta want to for my 70k subs. I have so much audio and video and messages from others to back up everything I’ve found out. If sharing my experience could help one other to avoid the kind of pain and being used I went through and it helped me heal than it would be so worth my time to make a series on my real world experience with one. And as long as it’s real and I have evidence to back up all I share it’s not defamation of character. I just want the pain to fade faster knowing all the future plans were all imaginary to her when they were so real to me.

My story with a 38 year marriage to a narcissist I too f'ed up to write about. I did know what was going on until it was too late. In therapy. But he destroyed the family. A bad date line episode that ends in tragedy. In the end he did write me a letter apologizing for his a actions. 🙏💔

When I tried talk to him about how hurt I am and sad to find out about the cheating and how he totally discarded me and our family. I’m bashing him. He’ll talk to me as long as I don’t bring anything up.

The malignant narcissist who runs the church I go to, he can't stand being ignored. Once, I didn't acknowledge him or say a thing to him for 6 years. When I finally said hello, he cried, "You hurt me so MUCH!!!" To make them suffer, IGNORE them.

I am really enjoying your channel. I guess in the very painful kind of way, but still, your insights have really helped me to stay true to what I already know is true. I don’t want it to be true but I believe that it is and after 26 years in a relationship with my husband of 21 years almost 22, I am convinced that matter what I do it’s always gonna be this way and it’s getting worse and worse because as he gets older, he’s getting crazier. it’s ramped up now to something more than just the occasional flyby. It’s getting really scary and I need to figure out how to be a big girl and maybe have to start over or something. I don’t know yet. It’s really scary, but I feel like I’m inching towards that decision.
